I have used my Rug Doctor probably around ten times in the past two years, and I think I've already saved the money I would have spent on hiring a cleaning company. Along with this, the ease of use is extremely easy with the rug doctor. I have used a few industrial cleaner that were overly complicated and extremely heavy to maneuver. Overall I was really impressed with their customer service and especially satisfied with their service!

The third carpet cleaning company that I have used and I suggest is Triangle Carpet Cleaners! After moving to the Triangle about two years ago, I knew I had to find a new carpet cleaning service for some of my properties. That being said, I started to ask around, and I heard about Triangle Carpet Cleaners, and I decided to give them a try.
I ordered a carpet cleaning service from TCC, and their customer service was extremely helpful, and polite. I was able to get a carpet cleaning scheduled for the exact same day, and they came out promptly and ready to work. I had a few major stains from the previous owners pets and children, and TCC believed these wouldn't be a problem to their cleaners.
Overall, their service was great, and it really did a good job of cleaning! The employees went through and showed me the areas where the stains were, and they were completely gone! They did a great job getting out the tough stains, and my carpets look great! Overall this company is a little more pricey than some competitors in the area, but the overall service seems to be much higher. At the end of the day, if I am hiring a carpet cleaner in the triangle area, then it is going to be Triangle Carpet Cleaners!
